Shipping policy

Each bikini is hand made to order. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be made, packaged & shipped within 3-7 business days. Please allow additional days after this for in transit delivery, which takes about 3-5 days for DOMESTIC orders & 7-21 days for INTERNATIONAL orders depending on the country. Please be aware that order processing during sale periods and restocks may take longer due to high volume. For expedited/rush orders needed by a certain date, please contact us.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Pre-shipment status does not mean the order has shipped. It only means that USPS has been notified of the tracking number. If your tracking number says your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim. We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen in transit.

We ship worldwide to more than 30 countries. Please be aware that Tyla Maja is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs. Any customs & duties are at the responsibility of the customer.
