Returns & Exchanges

Our bikinis were designed to accentuate your natural curves while delivering the best quality possible. We aim for complete customer satisfaction but we also understand that shopping online can be tricky. If the item's labels are still attached, it is eligible to be exchanged for another size.
We do not accept returns or refunds.

Items will gladly be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the items. In order to be eligible for an exchange, items must not be worn, altered or damaged and all tags and labels must still be attached. If we receive an item that does not comply, it will be sent back. In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Please email your exchange inquiry to info@tylamaja.com.

Orders & Shipping

Each bikini is hand made to order. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be made, packaged & shipped within 3-10 business days. Please allow additional days after this for in transit delivery, which takes about 3-5 days for DOMESTIC orders & 7-21 days for INTERNATIONAL orders depending on the country. Please be aware that order processing during sale periods and restocks may take longer due to high volume. For expedited/rush orders needed by a certain date, please contact us.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Pre-shipment status does not mean the order has shipped. It only means that USPS has been notified of the tracking number. If your tracking number says your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim. We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen in transit.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to more than 30 countries. Please be aware that Tyla Maja is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs. Any customs & duties are at the responsibility of the customer.

How to care for your Tyla Maja bikini: It's important to wash your bikini after every wear. Machines are generally rough on the delicate nature of swimwear & can snag fabric and ties. We recommend hand washing your bikini with cold water & a mild soap, then laying it on a towel to dry away from direct sunlight. Avoid hanging it up to dry as water will collect at the base of the bikini, altering its shape over time.

Is your swimwear brand eco-friendly?
Although we are unable to offer sustainable designs at the moment, we are working towards transitioning into an eco-friendly brand. We will keep you updated on this in the near future.

Is your brand size inclusive? 
Inclusivity is a top priority for our brand. As a new & emerging small business, we were able to produce 3 sizes to start. We are so grateful for the growth our business has seen since its launch & with that, we have been able to add more sizes!

How are your bikinis manufactured?
High quality & ethical manufacturing are always taken into consideration for our designs. Currently, all bikinis are being handmade, packaged & shipped by the brand owner, Tyla. To reduce waste, all items are made to order & no rolling inventory will be held for any style.

What does your brand represent?
Tyla Maja values self-love & embracing individuality above all else. We strive to create swimwear that showcases unique fabric & designs, all while making you feel sexy & confident.

What is a drop & how does it work?
All our swimwear is sold as a limited release collection, known as a drop. Once a drop collection sells out, the items will not necessarily be restocked unless stated otherwise.
